Call 811

You must contact 811 to verify there are no underground utility lines where trees will be planted.

This is required by law and protects your property and our crew.

Mark the tree location

Clearly mark where each tree should go. Because you don’t need to be present, marked locations are essential for accurate placement.

Weather-dependent

Installation requires dry soil to be able to operate our equipment. Rain or saturated ground may delay installation for safety and quality reasons.

We’ll always contact you if the weather affects scheduling.

Questions about installation?

Do I need to be home for installation?

No. We can complete the installation without you being present as long as:

  • We have access to the property.
  • You do not need to be home as long as you’ve contacted 811 to verify underground utilities. If any utility lines are present, they must be properly marked before installation.
  • You’ve clearly marked where each tree should be planted.
What does tree installation include?

Tree installation includes (as promised):

  • Delivery within our service area
  • Professional digging and planting
  • Mulch ring around the tree
  • Initial watering (if there is a water spigot 50’ from the tree)
  • Basic cleanup of the planting area
What does tree installation NOT include?

To keep expectations clear, installation does not include

  • Verifying no underground lines
  • Removal of existing trees, roots, or stumps
  • Ongoing maintenance
  • Grading or any earthwork
What happens if my installation needs to be rescheduled?

If weather or site conditions aren’t suitable, we’ll contact you to reschedule for the next available window.

If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as you can so we can plan ahead.

How do I care for my tree after installation?

Proper watering is critical, especially during the first growing season.
