Warranty policy

Limited One-Year Tree Replacement Warranty

Queen City Trees provides a limited one-year replacement warranty on trees purchased from and professionally installed by Queen City Trees. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and applies solely to the original planting address.

The warranty period begins on the date of installation.

This warranty applies to the tree only and provides for replacement of the tree in the event of failure within the warranty period. All sales are final. No cash refunds will be issued under this warranty.

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must notify Queen City Trees promptly and provide clear photographs of the tree, including the full canopy and base. Queen City Trees reserves the right to inspect the tree and to determine warranty eligibility at its sole discretion. The tree must remain in place until eligibility has been reviewed and confirmed.

This warranty does not apply to tree loss or damage resulting from, including but not limited to:

• Improper or insufficient irrigation

• Failure to maintain adequate soil drainage

• Improper mulching practices

• Severe weather events or other Acts of God, including but not limited to windstorms, flooding, drought, lightning, or extreme temperatures

• Damage caused by animals (like deer, pets or other)

• Insect infestations or disease conditions beyond normal environmental factors

• Application of lawn chemicals, herbicides, or fertilizers not approved for use near newly planted trees

• Mechanical damage caused by mowers, trimmers, digging, or other equipment

• Construction-related damage

• Vandalism

Queen City Trees shall not be responsible for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising from the purchase, installation, or failure of any tree, including but not limited to landscaping costs, property damage, loss of use, or other related expenses. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the tree.
